Shift | Working hours Between Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Up to 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working schedule can be arranged with a minimum of 15 hours per week. |
Job Summary | The Kentucky Geological Survey is seeking a temporary employee to fill a field geologist position supporting our current surficial mapping project in Warren County. This person will work within a mapping team, where each member is responsible for specific components of a final map. The Geologic Technician will primarily be responsible for field mapping, sampling, and interaction with property owners. Attention to detail and communication are a must. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in geology, earth science, or related field. |
