FX Dealer / Client Account Manager Warsaw, Poland

In this unique role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing new opportunities in the following:
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain a profitable and sustainable customer portfolio by using your first-class relationship management skills.
- Actively engage with financial professionals to understand their business payment needs and to provide expertise in the areas of foreign exchange and hedging solutions to our corporate and SME clients.
- Be responsible for driving Trans and Core business whilst proactively managing clients with a key focus on achieving targets.
- Take responsibility for customer retention, monitoring market information and apply your sales skills to develop and grow our client base.
- Provide clients with market information and global economic news to help influence their cash flow, product pricing and profits.
- Process deals on our trading platform and respond to hedging needs through multiple channels.
Role Requirements
- Education or equivalent skills are required with a strong desire to grow into a professional sales role.
- Use your in-depth knowledge of FX markets and commercial awareness to build customer trust, loyalty, and retention Ability to work individually, and to collaborate with others in a fast-paced, team environment, making quick decisions, and managing timelines.
- You will need a high degree of strategic relationship building and management experience with the ability to create and execute account plans in-line with the business strategy.
- Motivated, detail-orientated, with exceptional interpersonal skills, and come with a proven track record in attaining and exceeding revenue targets ideally in a global business environment.
- Analytically minded and work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Previous working experience in the Foreign Exchange industry within a sales-focused role.
- You must have a native level of Polish and a good level of English language skills.

However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
