This position is only open to undergraduate students at the University of Kentucky. Student Community Resources and Services is seeking enthusiastic front desk staff to serve as students’ first point of contact with our office, as well as ambassadors for first-generation student programming. Desk staff responsibilities including welcoming and directing guests, answering and directing phone calls, and event promotion. Duties also include scheduling appointments, working with office technology, and maintaining a clean and organized front lobby. Ambassador responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with marketing tasks such as tabling at special events, serving on student panels, and representing the office during recruitment events.

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, and the need to protect our university community including our students, staff, faculty and visitors, the University of Kentucky is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for all new hires prior to starting employment.
