Monday- Friday, shift(s) between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, occasional nights and weekends

Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for students, staff, and guests, at our front desk, checking students in, answering the phone, routing questions, to the appropriate staff, running errands, filling and general office tasks, assisting staff with project, assisting with preparation for CGDPI events, assisting with tabling and outreach efforts as needed.

Computer skills, communication, planning, organizing, attention to detail.
