Able to climb multiple flights of stairs, sit, and view computer for extended time, lift up to 25 lbs.

Shift

Dependent on class schedule, but within Monday Friday, between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, typical student schedule is 10-12 hours per week but can vary

Job Summary

The primary role of the UK Main Office Assistant is to assist in moving student applications through the application process by processing documents and files necessary to complete student applications, The UK EA Main office will also have a primary role in assisting with occasional errands and deliveries around campus. Students will also assist professional, full-time staff with various projects and data management. This position does not have a constant and directly interaction with student applicants, but will be a part of a student worker team within the office.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft office, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential materials, ability to work independently and as a team.

Preferred Education/Experience

One semester at UK preferred, Office experience or clerical work preferred.
