Role Summary:Customer facing staff responsible for growth strategy and order intake of Long-term service agreements

In this role you are also responsible for education, transformation, and innovation of our current sales process and team to accelerate the sales of Long-Term Service Agreement. In charge of developing the mindset of selling outcome base: Performance & availability guarantee

Responsibility will cover go to market channel, growth projections and execution against that plan.

Essential Responsibilities: Develop business opportunities and conduct significant campaigns to win Long Term Service Agreement with outcome based

Leverage GE Power Service & REN experience / capabilities to grow the pipeline of LTSA.

Develop a LTSA proposal based on customers detailed IB, Failure Rates, Risks analysis, and ROI to drive LTSA value proposition towards MENAT customers.

Engage early on all ACS, GI & HVS key deals to promote proactively LTSA.

Negotiate and close very complex and high value deals in concert with direct sales staff

Communicate, educate and enable the regional sales team on sales practices and process

Identify new opportunities by combining GE portfolio of digital services

Establish commercial contracts and agreements with customers to support Service agreements delivery leveraging the global templates

Lead proposal team to develop innovative and creative solutions to benefit the business and the customers

Develop customer centric solutions to resolve customer challenges and build long term mutually beneficial relationships

Utilize current market data to prepare regional strategies and marketing and campaign initiatives and promote brand awareness

Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Industry Experience

Proven experience in a senior services, sales and marketing roles with multi-million-dollar budgets & performance-based Service contracts

At least 5 years experience in the industry related services, sales, application engineering and/or marketing, risk Management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, gain acceptance and negotiate successful outcomes with customers

Proven leadership of teams with members based in multiple locations

Demonstrated ability to research and analyze data to develop strategic and local sales opportunities and budgets

Desired Characteristics:Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
