Flexible Service Agreement (FSA) Services Sales Leader - NAM

Role Summary:The FSA position with the Grid Solutions Service is a customer facing position that will be responsible for the growth strategy and commercial account plan for Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA). The position will include the transformation of the commercial sales team to transition from transactional post sales support opportunities to strategic account plan development and growth projections. Development of Master Service Agreements (MSA) with owners to enable securing multiyear LTSAs.

Essential Responsibilities:Development of commercial business plan for the region utilizing sales campaigns developed for each market segment to include but not limited to Utilities, Industrials, Generation, and Renewables.

Utilize GE2GE relationships across GE Power Services, GE Hybrids, and GE Onshore & Offshore Wind.

Establish operational rhythms with other GE Grid Solutions product line offers to proactively develop and include LTSAs in all strategic opportunities.

Communicate and train regional sales teams and channel parts on the added value proposition for LTSAs.

Develop and host virtual customer webinars specific to each market segment; utilizing social media platform to increase the digital footprint of GE Grid Service.

Lead and work in conjunction with the sales and tendering teams to identify and create solution benefits to the customers and business.

Establish and maintain customer relationships by delivering on customer centric solutions

Identify and utilize market data for the NAM region for strategic campaign initiatives

Ensure GE commercial and any applicable regulatory compliances are followed for each LTSA offer or contract.


+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent industry experience

+ Minimum of 5 years experience in the Grid s industry related services, sales, application engineering and/or marketing, risk management

Desired Characteristics:

+ Proven experience in a senior services, sales and marketing roles with multi-million-dollar budgets & performance-based Service contracts

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, gain acceptance and negotiate successful outcomes with customers.

+ Proven leadership of teams with members based in multiple locations.

+ Demonstrated abilities to research and analyze data in order to develop strategic and local sales opportunities and budgets.
