Job Summary | Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Student Financial Aid, the Associate Director for Financial Aid, Compliance, Assessment and Training is responsible for facilitating and performing the evaluation and assessment of student aid programs (grants, scholarships, work, and loans) and programs and aid processing to ensure that the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships (OSFAS) is following federal, state, and NCAA regulations and institutional policy. This position reviews and updates OSFAS’ Policy and Procedure Manual and provides training and support on compliance issues or concerns. This position serves on the OSFAS Leadership team. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledgeable of federal Title IV, NCAA, SEC and state financial aid regulations |
