Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Preferred location: Minot office but willing to consider other AgCountry locations for right candidate
Responsible for managing a portfolio of farm accounting customers providing services that may include depreciation, payroll, bill pay, cash and accrual statements, and full-service accounting. Provide accurate, timely and quality customer service.
Provide basic education to farm accounting customers and branch co-workers. Promote the importance and effectiveness of timely reporting.
Team with Loan Officers to understand and demonstrate the AgCountry integrated package of financial services specializing in farm accounting to new and existing customers.
Maintain and enhance accounting and technical expertise and serve as a resource person for staff. Work with supervisor and the AgCountry Education Department to maintain and continually expand knowledge and expertise in the area of accounting.

Required Qualifications:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in accounting or related business field or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Solid analytical, time management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of agriculture industry.
Understanding of farm accounting and tax products and services.
