**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Ensure machine runing normally, reduce machine downtime and failure rate
+ Maintain machine count list, also remark machine used information and repair /upgrade record
+ Execute machine failure analysis and PM action. In order to ensure machine correct action implement in time and feedback/share the information with relevant people
+ Ensure continuous improvement in facility and maintenance department.
+ Motivate staff to achieve the department objectives
+ Monitor and review utilities cost to reduce cost
+ Participate in selection, assessment and approval of subcontractors and vendors to negotiate the best deal
+ Participate in housekeeping and safety
+ Identify the training needs of the staff and provide the training
+ Ensures fire safety equipment (fire alarm system, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.) are operational
+ To study equipment performance for facilities
+ To maintenance and preventive maintenance on facilities and molding equipment and update paper work related to ISO 9000
+ To liaise with Safety Officer (part-time) ensuring compliance government safety and environmental regulations
**Qualifications / Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering
+ Technical degree in maintenance. Experience working in similar position of industrial companies, in maintenance departments

+ Ability to problem solve multiple situations within a diverse workforce Organizational
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Industrial mechanics, Pneumatic installations and machinery
+ Hydraulic installations and mechanisms

+ Ability to manage MTBF and cost performance of all key equipment
