Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (40 Hours/week) with travel.

The Human Development Institute provides training, technical assistance, and services to programs that serve people with disabilities. The Evaluation Unit at the Institute provides program evaluation services to a large scale education project. We are looking for an Evaluation Analyst Sr. to join the evaluation team.

The job responsibilities of the position will include aligning client activities to evaluation outcomes, implementing the formative and summative evaluation plan, coordinating data collection, overseeing dashboard development and maintenance, and writing evaluation reports. The duties can be done remote. Travel to stakeholder meetings in TN (up to 25% of the time) Knowledge of public education system and/or special education is preferred but not required. Program evaluation experience required.

Duties include: (1) Project Management – 15% (2) Program Evaluation – 60% (3) Report and Information Dissemination – 25%
