Job Summary | Does this sound like an ideal work week? Work in a team setting. Track the progress of project activities, collect feedback data from events, synthesize feedback and provide critical insights for program improvement. Develop reports that contain actionable insights for stakeholders to use to make their services even better! Use quantitative and qualitative data to tell the true story of how a project met meaningful client outcomes. The Human Development Institute provides training, technical assistance, and services to programs that serve people with disabilities. The Evaluation Unit at the Institute provides program evaluation services to a large scale education project. We are looking for an Evaluation Analyst Sr. to join the evaluation team. The job responsibilities of the position will include aligning client activities to evaluation outcomes, implementing the formative and summative evaluation plan, coordinating data collection, overseeing dashboard development and maintenance, and writing evaluation reports. The duties can be done remote. Travel to stakeholder meetings in TN (up to 25% of the time) Knowledge of public education system and/or special education is preferred but not required. Program evaluation experience required. Duties include: (1) Project Management – 15% (2) Program Evaluation – 60% (3) Report and Information Dissemination – 25% This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the HDI through research, education and outreach.
