In addition, the Sales Manager will be responsible for providing consistent management, planning and reporting on their accounts. \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Identify prospective clients and Meet or exceed assigned quota.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Develop an annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for the attainment of assigned quota.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Create consistent activity management, opportunity, and account plans within Salesforce.com.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Prepare sales forecasts; monitor the performance of the sales against these goals; adjust sales strategies to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Broaden knowledge of company solutions and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses vis-\u0026agrave;-vis the competition.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Pursue small, medium and large prospects and leads and negotiate terms of sales that will maximize the organization\u0027s business interests.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Liaise with other departments across the organization (particularly in implementation and client services) to ensure that sales activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Able to generate leads through various networks and converting the same to increase business \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Extensive understanding of the local market and deep penetration for increasing sales \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Should be able to connect and interact with CEO\u0027s CXO\u0027s, HR Head / Finance, etc., and creating connect thereby increasing the sales volume. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Prepare RFP\u0027s, EOI\u0027s and able to understand the scope, profit, risks, etc., \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Able to articulate well and should have the capability to convert passive clients into real-time business deals. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Prepare reports/trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Ensure adherence in achieving the sales plan and participate in review with the reporting supervisor \u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EREQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Bachelor\u0027s Degree\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E At least 5 years of sales experience in service outsourcing, HCM solutions and/or related software industries selling to senior-level executives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Strong financial acumen and business orientation with innovative approaches to business development. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Sound Experience in handling B2B sales is mandatory.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Understanding of HR / Payroll Outsourcing concepts will be an added advantage.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Solid proven sales record in continually achieving or exceeding assigned business revenue targets.
