**Job Description Summary**

Sourcing ERP Project Leader will be accountable to lead the ERP development of the sourcing process for Gas Power. This role will develop and implement processes and tools, manage cross-functional relationships, and develop/execute strategy.

**Essential Responsibilities:**



+ Champion global transformation of sourcing processes at Gas Power including direct and indirect purchasing activities, supplier collaboration portals.

+ Responsible for every indirect sourcing related process excellence initiatives

+ Define global process standardization and harmonization across SAP Powermax instances and implement supplier collaboration portal program (Ariba) for Gas Power New unit (factories) and Indirect sourcing.

+ Support project management, planning, and operating rhythm deliverables including frequent communication and presentations to Sourcing functional and IT leadership, project leadership, contracted suppliers, and business stakeholders

+ Drive thought leadership on ERP and IT tools to increase sourcing team productivity and business performance of profit and cash. Coordinate lean project executions.

+ Influence Powermax ERP program and Process Excellence leaders and peers across PS and GPS for strategic and technical solutions to ensure lean and simplified end-to-end ERP sourcing processes are delivered.

+ Support legal entity harmonization activities across multiple ERP releases



**Qualifications/requirements:**



+ BA/BS degree in Computer Science & Business from an accredited university or college

+ Significant experience with Operations, Fulfillment and/or Supply Chain Functions

+ Significant project leadership experience

+ Strong written & oral communication skills in English and Hungarian language with the ability to influence cross-functionally

+ Proven SAP basic knowledge in Supply chain related modules

+ Ability to manage multiple projects across different technologies at a time
