**Job Description Summary**

To provide professional & proactive fleet administration support to the GE businesses through building effective relationships with the GE HR and Total Rewards and Sourcing community as well as third party companies coordinating all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the fleet.

Our **People Operations - Budapest Center** is an HR process and administration organization of more than 180 employees. We are consolidating and delivering HR services for our different GE Businesses (eg Power, Renewable Energy, Aviation and Healthcare) for different European countries.

Our HR service portfolio is covering among others: Employee onboarding, - offboarding, Payroll, Personnel administration, Benefit administration, Fleet management, Employee query handling. **You will be** participating in Company Car related HR processes where you will be handling Employee / HR queries and being involved in projects of improving/simplifying your respective process responsibilities. You will work closely with respective HR business partners for dedicated GE Business/Location and cooperating with Senior experts / owners of your responsible HR service process.

As an Associate for Fleet Coordination process, you will be:

+ Dealing with all Fleet related customer enquiries in a professional, courteous & timely manner

+ Consistently following defined Fleet processes, seeking process improvement opportunities

+ Maintaining process documentation in accordance with local labor legislation & Data Privacy regulations

+ Maintaining Workday and Fleet database, ensuring highest standards of completeness, accuracy and compliance with relevant legislations and GE policy requirements

+ Developing a strong working relationship with the GE HR, Total Rewards, Sourcing and Fleet vendors through timely and accurate administration of Fleet processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues

+ Proactively reaching out to HR, drivers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of transactions

+ Continuously supporting GE businesses reaching their strategic goals in fleet CO2 reduction

+ Actively seeking customer feedback & use it to improve our service offering

+ Delivering on commitments, managing expectations & keeping customers informed on progress taking clear accountability and ownership throughout the process


+ Fully professional **English** language knowledge both verbal and written

+ Ability to **communicate** effective through written and verbal communication and consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner

+ Demonstrated **effectiveness to prioritize** between tasks with different deadlines, complexity

+ Proven ability to work professionally & proactively **with a remote client base**

+ **Previous experience (minimum 1 year)** in any Service Delivery center support or HR Contact/Service Centre or HR Fleet administration type of job is preferable

+ Ability to identify frequent customers / process issues and be able to **suggest process, procedure and training improvement opportunities**

+ Be a supportive and enthusiastic **team player**

+ Excellent **attention to detail**
