Role Summary:Reporting to the Regional EHS leader, the successful candidate will lead EHS services for the Europe region for the Digital Services wind business within Renewable Energy.

Essential Responsibilities:The candidate will oversee the implementation of transregional initiatives and cohesiveness among the entire region, on this duty will partner with the Service EHS leader and the regional EHS team towards driving consistency in execution, managing risk reduction and fostering productive customer, industry and contractor relationships.

+ Demonstrate a thorough understanding of human performance in relation to EHS and be able to coach the regional operational team though the Vision Safe transformation.

+ Form strategic partnerships with contracting partners and customers to ensure we deliver as one team in the region.

+ Ensure EHS support to the transregional services departments (Major Components Exchange, Uptower repairs etc etc) and partner with the European subregions to ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with applicable regulatory and GE requirements

+ Be part of the regional services leadership team and partner to develop and execute an action plan to deliver the EHS transformation as well as manage daily operational needs.

+ Assess gaps and prioritize improvement opportunities by embracing lean problem solving, genba and kaizen into the way we work

+ Partner with the technical training team and Services Engineering to ensure continuous improvement in design, training and competence management.

+ Drive increased use of Digital Programs and tools across Europe

+ Ensure all internal and external EHS reporting is completed on time and with accuracy

+ Manage service auditing planning and roll up regional reporting and data analytics

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues with competing priorities

Practical experience in risk elimination, ergonomics, and project management

+ Fluent in English

Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Preferred track record in business transformation, change management and/or cultural transformation

If contracted in Spain:

Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain.
