Job Title: Education Technology Coordinator (Full time)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: International Coaching Federation

Classification: Administrative

Reports To:  ICF Director of Education

Supervises: N/A



This position is responsible for organizing and administering the delivery of ICF educational content throughout all appropriate face-to-face and virtual delivery channels.




  1. Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent of training and experience.

  2. Experience working with current webinar technologies.

  3. Communicate effectively to a globally diverse audience.

  4. Possess excellent organizational skills; strong ability to plan and prioritize work.

  5. Strong attention to detail

  6. Ability to remain flexible and adaptive to changes in work environment.

  7. Committed to continuous learning and development.



  • Coordinate and administer webinars and/or podcasts designed to deliver ongoing ICF education content.

  • Support and implement process for session attendee registration, continuing education confirmation, and archived learning repository for virtual education events through the Learning Management System

  • Support customer service processes for all ICF Global event attendees and potential registrants.

  • Liaise with ICF Marketing Team to assist in the promotion of all educational content across appropriate communication channels (e.g. event calendar, newsletter, blogs, publications)

  • Serve as technology liaison to educational program presenters scheduled for face-to-face and virtual ICF events.

  • Record, edit and produce video content for ICF education.

  • Administer and maintain learning products in the organizations Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
