The Driver Engagement Agent will be an integral part of what defines the success of our organization. Without it, our independent drivers wouldnt successfully join Dispatch and wouldnt have the support and training they need.  This high-touch customer service position manages the markets network of drivers to maintain a high level of service to both our customers and driver partners.  As a Driver Engagement Agent, you will be responsible for the management of all supply/driver facing growth initiatives and managing the overall driver pipeline health in all current markets. 

This is a full-time non-exempt role that reports to the Manger, Driver Engagement.


  • Driver Onboarding: Manage the driver sign up process, ensuring all documents and screening has been completed. Meet virtually with drivers to train them on mobile app and customer service while driving for Dispatch.

  • Driver Pipeline: Manage and understand the need for drivers in assigned market(s).

  • Driver Growth: Construct plans and initiatives to grow and retain each pipeline.

  • Driver Success: Provide a high level of customer service to our drivers and the support they need.

  • Data Operations: Use data to monitor our network of drivers and optimize network efficiency. This includes monitoring and responding to metrics such as: net new drivers, driver churn, and retention rates.

  • Driver Communication: Work with existing drivers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Driver Engagement: Work with existing drivers to ensure their use of and engagement with Dispatch tools.

  • Perform other duties as assigned (to be less than 10% of your responsibilities)


  • Must be a positive, self-driven team-member with a desire to learn

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle time effectively

  • Ability to deliver extraordinary customer relationships

  • Ability to handle a rapidly changing technology environment



  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
