SAIC is hiring a Senior DoD Cyber Analyst - FISMA

for our engagement in Crystal City, VA

Job Description:
- Support the DoD Chief Information Office (DOD CIO) metrics program in the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of Cybersecurity data for the Cybersecurity Scorecard (Cybersecurity Discipline). Provide support in the collection, normalization, and integration of varied data sets into a single repository.
- Consolidate DoD Information Technology (IT) Portfolio Repository IT Registry data.
- Participate in weekly Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) Scorecard leadership update.
- Coordinate with Services (Air Force, Army, USCG, USMC, DISA, and Navy) and Agencies for reports and prepare a weekly Military Defense Chief Information Officer (MILDEF CIO) high level read-ahead.
- Manage user accounts and access to the DOD Scorecard portals. Monitor project inboxes for inquiries, and respond appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with annual FISMA deliverables and reporting.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Required Educational Background:
- BA/BS and 8+ years experience required. Master’s and 7+ years of experience preferred.
- Focus areas include: FISMA, Information Assurance, Cyber Security Science, and Information Security.

Required Experience/Skills:
- Eight (8) years IA/Cyber Security experience developing and executing IA, CND, Cybersecurity policy and programs within DoD.
- Possess working knowledge of DoD policies, directives and instructions (i.e. 8500 series) and technical guidance.
- Experience as an Action Officer within the DoD (preferably Pentagon) environment
- Related experience: Host Security & Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM), Risk Management Framework Implementation and Governance, DoD IA/CND Compliance Requirements, Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Computer Network Defense Service Provider (CNDSP) Program, cyber security, knowledge of relevant DoD components, IA Portfolio and Governance Management, and Cloud Computing.
- Special Circumstances: Ability to support training and/or facilitation engagements with senior government personnel

(This is not a supervisory position)

Security Clearance:
- Top Secret (with SCI eligibility) required
