JOB OBJECTIVE

To operate digital imaging equipment in the production of image acquisition from a variety of source documents.

Respond to clients requirements in a professional and ethical business manner. To provide the best Accuracy and quality service through exemplary customer service and turnarounds. Sustain communication within branch, ARC affiliates and clients for top customer service. Exceed client expectations by fostering a Whatever It Takes attitude while at the same time producing and delivering the highest quality product.

JOB SUMMARY

Receives, processes, and maintains orders for document imaging services. Duties include reading and understanding the work order prior to starting the job to assure the job is done correctly and to the highest degree of quality, accuracy and satisfaction. You will know and understand the workings of equipment and keep it clean at all times to assure our products are delivered in the highest quality to our customer. You will also be using various equipment/machinery to finish the job order to the exact customer standards. You need to make sure you understand the job completely before starting. Any questions need to be directed to your supervisor. In between jobs, your work area needs to picked up and swept clean. You will notify your supervisor immediately if you notice any equipment malfunction, or deviation from quality control parameters that have been established. You must also notify your supervisor as you see materials that we are low on so that they may be reordered.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in the document imaging processes. Ability to read, write and speak English; the ability to make arithmetic computations at a level appropriate to the duties of the position. Experience equivalent to 0-1 year of experience performing document scanning work. Must attend new employee safety training orientation and then re-attend periodically as directed. Attention to detail. Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately. Ability to understand and communicate job related information clearly and concisely. Able to multi- task while maintaining quality and accuracy. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and perform job related mathematics. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to effectively promote the products and services of the company. Ability to assist both internal and external customers.

Ability to visualize quality and condition of source documents, grasp, lift and set down objects of moderate weight (10-25lbs) on a regular basis. Able to stand for long periods of time and work in noisy surroundings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.

MENTAL DEMANDS:

Ability to receive information and respond to requests accordingly. Attention to detail is required. Excellent organizational/prioritization skills required. Must be able to accurately process, input and document information. Requires the ability to handle situations in a professional, friendly and time- sensitive manner.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Working overtime is a condition of employment. A satisfactory attendance record must be maintained to fulfill departmental goals and operations. Excessive absences, tardiness, repeated failure to complete daily work schedules and excessive and/or unauthorized time away from work will result in disciplinary action and may be grounds for dismissal. Must act in a professional, appropriate, and friendly manner. Must be able to get along well with co-workers, all level of management and customers. Must follow the rules and regulations as written in the Employee Handbook. Must comply with the employment requirements as provided by management and Human Resources Department.
