Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Web & eCommerce, you will be responsible for leading web marketing/product management for several of LogMeIns key web properties as well as ownership of the eCommerce P&L. We are on a mission to re-imagine our web sites and transform them into best-in-class destinations to provide unsurpassed, delightful customer experiences that drive exponential growth. You and your team will be responsible for defining and managing the strategy, roadmap, programs, metrics, user experience, A/B testing and optimization efforts, as well as the buy and try flows.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid experimentation in a highly visible role which includes flexing your online conversion muscle and working toidentify and scale wins across sites. You can navigate complex matrixed organizations with ease, and you have a bias for action. As such you can be scrappy and innovative when needed, constantly pushing boundaries to help the company take the eCommerce channel to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy: Develop holistic web and eCommerce strategy, prioritizing near and long term opportunities based on current initiatives and performance across the user journey for both desktop and mobile experiences.

  • Deliver results: Identify and test new sales and marketing initiatives to increase online trial conversion, free growth, sales and prospect engagement, delivering against key metrics.

  • Manage: A team of Web marketers/product managers responsible for the user experience across multiple websites including site navigation, trial and purchase funnels and promotional campaigns.

  • Partner: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the web including Product, Product Marketing, SEO, UX, Content, Demand Generation, Finance teams, Analytics and more.

  • Data Driven: Analyze all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners. Leverage data from rapid experimentation to deliver new innovative approaches while tracking key performance levers.

  • Customer focus: bring a customer first mindset in all that you do.

  • Communicate: regularly present the work, the results, and the testing that the web team is doing. Ensure stakeholders are educated and clear on what the team has been contributing and how web impacts and accelerates the overall business.

  • Competition: Keep tabs on the competition and share out the insights regularly to ensure our sites remain competitive.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business discipline required, MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum 10+ years of Web Marketing and eCommerce experience with P&L responsibility.

  • 5+ years of experience in managing, coaching and mentoring high performing, results motivated teams.

  • Experience working in SaaS & technology businesses a plus.

  • Experience defining and implementing innovative solutions and content strategies that lead to revenue and LTV growth.

  • Strong foundation building experiences across desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.

  • Proven ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative inputs to identify trends and behaviors and subsequent actions to take to drive improvements in the online channel.

  • Proven success influencing and driving results through cross-functional team members.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Holistic, end-to-end thinker with bias for action.
