Job Description


As the leader of Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) Analytics, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining contemporary digital analytics capabilities to enable high impact marketing execution across all channels. The incumbent will participate in the proliferation of an analytics-driven culture that drives top-line growth and takes timely corrective action to reduce risks that derail plans.


  • Collaborate and lead analytical resources to synthesize and analyze data across multiple data sources to inform Digital/Multichannel team members.
  • Develop and maintain analytical framework, oversight and lead complex analysis to support customer-centric next best action modeling.
  • Lead ongoing analyses to measure channel and message effectiveness utilizing appropriate data science and statistical techniques.
  • Lead development of KPIs aligned to business objectives for tracking Digital/Multichannel activity.
  • Conduct hands-on ad-hoc analyses related to Digital/Multichannel marketing execution and customer engagement.
  • Develop dashboards and routine reporting providing informative and valuable insights identifying underperforming campaigns/markets and key access targets impacting market share performance.
  • Respond to various business questions with data-driven, actionable insights requiring the use of advanced data manipulation, synthesis and visualization techniques.
  • Proactively propose innovative analytical solutions to business questions and problems and implement suggested methods.
  • Provide concise analyses that go beyond a presentation of the facts to include a discussion of the associated business implications and recommended course of action.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to express point view using both written and verbal communications.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to analytical professionals (either in-house or vendor managed).



Education Requirements:
BS/BA or Advanced degree in quantitative discipline.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
Minimum of + years experience with multichannel marketing/digital analytics in the CPG or pharmaceuticals industry.
Background in a data science, marketing analytics, data science function and/or experience with advanced quantitative methods (e.g. multivariate statistics, predictive models, ML, simulation, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of contemporary data science tools such as R, Python and SAS along with comfort and/or aptitude for working in AWS environment.
Understanding of Digital (web, search, social) analytics with a working knowledge of web analytics toolsets (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc).
Experience with customer journey analysis - segmentation methods and conversion analysis.

Proven and consistent experience in influencing without authority.
Ability to make sound business decisions by having a strong understanding about business, finance, and risks/benefits of decisions.
Ability to inspire and empower others to be at their best and deals with corrective actions in a manner that inspires accountability.
Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate (verbally/written) in a persuasive and appropriate manner at the executive level.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
Deep project management experience.
Strong financial acumen.

Approximately 15% domestic travel throughout the US.
