In this position you'll be responsible for the overall completeness and accuracy of monthly global consolidation process for financial statements, analyze accounts to ensure proper recording by local business units as well as support for the systems team on impacts to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), chart of accounts and management reporting structure.

  • Proactive people management, development and succession planningRE
  • Manage the monthly HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) consolidation process for financial statements
  • Oversee preparation of consolidated and segment results in HFM. Ensure data ties to Hyperion planning.
  • Work very closely with FP&A to ensure HFM and Hyperion Planning are in sync.
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of financial statement analyses used for internal and external reporting including P&L, balance sheet and statement of cash flow analytics that are distributed to senior manager
  • Work closely with the external reporting group to assist with any other ad hoc analysis for the SEC filings, CFO, Corporate Controller or any other executive member.
  • Assist Investor Relations, CEO, CFO, corporate controller and others with Q&A and various analyses to prepare for quarterly earnings call
  • Provide support to system redesign team, considering impacts to HFM and consolidation on new chart of account and management reporting structure
  • Responsible for evaluating, implementing and testing control procedures and documentation related to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for the corporate consolidation & reporting process.
  • Work closely with tax, legal and treasury departments on legal entity reorganizations and potential cash repatriation plans
  • Lead technical accounting subject matter expert on CTA and FX gains and losses, including knowledge of the system calculations
  • Ensure all intercompany balances are properly eliminated in consolidation
  • Identify and manage topside entries for HFM. Ensures financial transactions are recorded in compliance with GAAP as well as corporate policies and procedures
  • Work closely with business partners to improve various processes, including but not limited to, monthly/ quarterly close process, consolidation process, balance sheet, cash flows and P&L analytics, and intercompany review.
  • Develops a strong working relationship with numerous teams across ADP's Finance organization by demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Work closely with external auditor to facilitate quarterly reviews and year-end integrated audits
  • Oversee various benefit audits
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong people management skills.
  • 10+ years of hands on experience in Financial systems required.
  • Strong systems skills with proficiency in Oracle, HFM And Hyperion Planning
  • Established track record and proven business partnership skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with business executives.

  • Certified Public Accountant preferred
