Physical Requirements

This job requires some standing, walking, and sitting for long periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, and lift objects greater than 25-50 pounds. Occasional (<20% of the time) job-related travel.

Shift

The expectation is primarily day shift, however as an exempt level position additional hours will be required as needed to perform job duties.

Job Summary

UK Healthcare is seeking a Director, Regulatory Analysis and Policy to focus on providing strategic health policy direction and regulatory advice for the HealthCare enterprise. This position will provide operations management surrounding business development and contracting/legal issues.

This position will also analyze policies, processes and healthcare strategies; oversee the analysis and interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations impacting the enterprise; and direct and administer programs, strategies, goals, and initiatives designed to develop, enhance, and support the various clinical, research, and educational missions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience utilizing Microsoft Office
applications, Excel, and PowerPoint.
