Digital Services and LTSA BD Leader, CEAP

Role Summary:The incumbent is required to develop business opportunities and conduct significant campaigns to win Digital Services (promotion of EnergyAPM), Long Term Service Agreement with outcome based. He/She is also responsible for education, transformation, and innovation of our current sales process and team to accelerate the sales of Digital Services (EnergyAPM) along Long-Term Service Agreement.

Essential Responsibilities:Customer facing role & be responsible for growth strategy and order intake of Digital Services and Long-term service agreements

Develop the mindset of selling outcome base: Performance & availability guarantee

Responsible for market channel, growth projections and execution against that plan.

Leverage GE Power Service & REN experience / capabilities to grow the pipeline of LTSA and Digital Services.

Engage early on all ACS, GI & HVS key deals to promote proactively LTSA and Digital Services

Negotiate and close very complex and high value deals in concert with direct sales staff

Communicate, educate and enable the regional sales team on sales practices and process

Identify new opportunities by combining current GE portfolio

Establish commercial contracts and agreements with customers to support Service agreements delivery leveraging the global templates

Lead proposal team to develop innovative and creative solutions to benefit the business and the customers

Develop customer centric solutions to resolve customer challenges and build long term mutually beneficial relationships

Utilize current market data to prepare regional strategies and marketing and campaign initiatives and promote brand awareness

Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Industry Experience

Proven experience in a senior services, sales and marketing roles with multi-million-dollar budgets & performance-based Service contracts

At least 5 years experience in the Grid s industry related services, sales, application engineering and/or marketing, risk Management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, gain acceptance and negotiate successful outcomes with customers

Proven leadership of teams with members based in multiple locations

Demonstrated ability to research and analyse data to develop strategic and local sales opportunities and budgets

Demonstrated ability to connect with CEOs/ Executive level of Customers organisation

Proven experience in selling Digital Services through software solutions
