Digital Project Manager, High Acuity Care

Role Summary:As a High Acuity Care (HAC) Project Manager you will provide execution leadership for high priority, complex Clinical Software projects impacting both business and customer profitability. You will be responsible for scope, cost, schedule, contract, and risk management as well as quality and customer satisfaction of all assigned projects.

Essential Responsibilities:In this role, you will:





+ Manage a portfolio of High Acuity Care (Operating Theatre) product implementations with high visibility and potentially high risk (e.g. new product introductions, first of a kind solutions)



+ Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. product development, project team, sourcing, finance), customers, partners, and/or subcontractors to align project specifications and requirements



+ Develop project proposals and detailed project plans and schedules, and report project status both internally and externally



+ Negotiate with customers from pre-sales to contract closure, including change order management



+ Develop Project scope and coordinate administration of GE/Customer contracts







Qualifications/Requirements:



+ Bachelor's Degree with significant professional experience.



+ Working knowledge of High Acuity Care Systems, Radiology, Cardiology and theatre workflows.



+ Previous responsibility for projects involving multiple businesses and / or functions across the entire project cycle, including development, design, delivery, installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing.



+ Excellent PC and MS Office skills and demonstrated ability in creating presentations for External and Internal reviews in Powerpoint.



+ Ability to successfully interface with executive level management within both the sponsor and customer organization.















Desired Characteristics:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
