Description **Job Description:**



Act as a Digital Channels product manager for Online Payment Services within the CashPro suite of products



Job responsibilities include:



+ Primary focus will be CashPro Online Payment Products such as Wire and ACH

+ This associate will work closely with internal teams such as Core Product Management, Sales, operations, servicing, client education, and technology. In addition associate will work with external parties such as vendors, clients, other financial institutions etc

+ Will need to manage day to day activities related to real time/non real time production issues and escalations from internal LOBs and external clients

+ Support key in flight initiatives impacting CashPro Online Payment Services in support of business enablement goals, internal audit findings and regulatory mandated changes as required. Examples include focus on Real Time Payments (US) in 2018 and Global expansion in the future

+ Liaise with key business stakeholders to:

+ Define Payment services roadmap within the channel

+ Keep abreast of industry trends and competition

+ Increase product adoption thru the use of education campaigns, marketing etc



Required Skills:



+ Strong, proven skills in execution of initiative development projects as required

+ Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and to meet specific deadlines

+ Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team

+ Possess a knowledge of Treasury Management products/solutions and ideally Global/international Payments

+ Excellent communication skills across all mediums and levels

+ Strong detail orientation: Clearly understands data beyond top level analysis. Must be able to conduct deep analysis, identifying and assessing questions stemming from initial data findings

+ Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree; Business, Engineering, or Computer Science degrees preferred

+ Critical thinking/ problem solving skills

+ Financial services and/ or banking knowledge and experience preferred but not essential



Desired Skills:



+ ERP/TMS experience is desired

+ Requirements definition and data mapping

+ Product Development/ Business Analysis knowledge or experience

+ Software testing knowledge or experience. Agile Software development experience a plus

+ Some Product Management experience, specifically in Treasury, and have a working knowledge of the technical aspects of the API environment

+ Corporate practitioner in the treasury space would be desired

+ Ability to work in a team environment and to manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Ability to provide creative solutions both independently and as part of a team for unique client needs

+ Possesses knowledge of Treasury Management products / solutions. A CTP is preferred

+ Strong influencing capabilities based on knowledge and experience
