Working closely with the Head of Digital Bank Europe, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of our digital-to-digital operations for our pan-European Ecosystem:
Role Responsibilities
Defining and implementing the operational plan in line with the Digital Bank's strategic vision.
Leading growth initiatives and supporting internal teams for the launch of Digital products within new countries.
Responsible for data analysis, progress tracking, and the build-out of KPI's to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Managing key partnerships with vendors and third parties to ensure smooth delivery and operations across Europe.
Role Requirements
You will have worked in the consulting space, and within a start-up/scale-up organization.
Experience leading operations in digital, payments, and/or retail banking are also essential.
Previous experience with agile working methodologies is desirable, along with strong digital analytical skills.
Experience in managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams, customer-centric and hands-on mindset.
