Role Summary:As part of the USCAN Deal Hub, the Deal Hub Specialist(s) will support solution design, analysis, project management, and custom client-facing client for the largest multi-modality and comprehensive service opportunities in the United States. To ensure each deal is managed as efficiently and effectively as possible, the Deal Hub Specialist(s) is responsible for supporting purposeful collaboration across Value Delivery, Value Creation, and all HQ Functions.

Essential Responsibilities: Identifying key learnings and themes to simplify and streamline the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process, evolve and enforce standard work, guide upstream product (solution) development, and connect national insights.

Custom client-facing content Ownership of identifying and/or leading the development of compliant customer-facing documents, which drive the communication of the teams strategy in an effective manner. Examples include pricing summaries, executive summaries, unique RFP content, one-pagers, and presentation support. Implement a continuous feedback loop to Value Creation & Marketing on commonly created material to consider standardizing.

Cross-functional Collaboration During Deal Milestone 1, own and manage the activities necessary to set up the pre-configured, standardized digital collaboration application that integrates people, content, and tools with the ultimate goal of enabling effective and efficient deal strategy and team engagement

Data Reconciliation Enable effective and efficient analytics & financial modeling by validating and organizing foundational baseline information that feeds modeling activities

Continuous Learning Own and manage a library/tool to organize historical deal-specific content. Share and document National insights including win/loss analyses Support the Deal Architect(s) with monitoring, tracking and reporting of the critical USCAN Deal Hub metrics.

Opportunity Qualification Influence funnel rigor, guide deal prioritization, and enforce the ONE USCAN sales process

Standard Work, Process Manage and lead clearly defined initiatives that improve, simplify, and automate the ITO process with the ultimate goal of winning deals in a more accelerated, efficient, and repeatable manner

Standard Work, Tools & Technology Identify, design, develop, train, evolve, and enforce tools & technology that increase efficiency and effectiveness of the comprehensive service Inquiry to Order (ITO) process

Solution Design Support Deal Architects with solution design activities by aligning the clients desired outcomes to thoughtful GEHC solutions and structures (offering, value proposition, pricing strategy), while ensuring financial targets and compliance requirements are met.

Strategic Counseling In collaboration with the Deal Architects, Region & Market Leadership, Account Executives, Commercial Teams, and the Strategic Relationship Channel (as applicable), understand customer needs and objectives while providing consultation and analysis to enable effective deal strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements: Act with Humility, Lead with Transparency, and Deliver with Focus always with unyielding integrity

Bachelors Degree and Minimum 4 years of related experience in a customer service, sales, marketing, product management, commercial operations, or sales support role

Detail oriented and takes pride in quality of work, while also balancing multiple tasks and priorities in real-time

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interface at all levels in the organization.

Proven success in combining commercial creativity, commercial intensity, and analytical capabilities

Project management skills including facilitation, scheduling, risk management, follow up, tracking and communication.

Ability to stay calm, think clearly, and act objectively when unexpected situations occur requiring a quick decision

Ability to dissect complex situations, filter out the noise, determine what to solve for, and methodically address the situation

Natural desire to identify/define a problem, analyze the root cause, implement countermeasures, and sustain the improvements

Maintains a positive outlook at work, accepts differing points-of-view, handles constructive criticism and conflict well

Demonstrates an interest in and understanding of others, values team success over individual success, listens, supports, and cares for others.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.

Expert in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe PDF.

Desired Characteristics: 5 years of healthcare experience

Customer facing experience and/or proven ability to understand customer's point of view

Deep expertise and knowledge in GEHC solutions portfolio

Experience in large scale operational process improvement and/or Lean initiatives

Early adopter of digital tools and systems

Proficient in Microsoft Teams and/or SharePoint, and SmartSheet; expert skills in Microsoft Excel

Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast paced matrix organization.

Prior leadership experience

Experience with Oracle (GLPROD, PRODERP), EOM, QRP, SWB or other Quoting tools.

Functional knowledge of Revenue Recognition and MFN policies.
