The Position:



  • Were looking for a customer service representative. 

  • We offer medical, dental, vision, short term disability, critical, and accident insurance

  • We also offer company-paid insurance for individual plans, life insurance, and long term disability



Requirements:



  • One year of customer service experience

  • Ability to use desktop computer systems (mouse, keyboard, headphones)

  • Written and oral communication

  • High sense of urgency



 


Responsibilities:



  • Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience for our consumers

  • Field incoming phone calls and emails from our customer base

  • Respond to inquiries promptly and clearly, but with enthusiasm and tact

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with regard to technical inquiries, as well as the product return and repair process

  • Investigate and rectify consumer issues, including damages, incorrect shipments, and lost orders

  • Process return authorizations

  • Other duties as assigned



Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role requires familiarity with the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required sit; bend; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, hearing, and ability to adjust focus.



Ability to lift 25 pounds.



Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Normal days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM.



Minimum Experience



  • One year of relevant experience



Preferred Education and Experience



  • Associate's Degree

  • Microsoft Office-Proficient

  • Excellent typing

  • Two+ years of experience

  • Other Duties
