Role Summary:GE Gas Power Services Europe provides the largest power plant services portfolio in the industry, including parts, repairs and field services for gas & steam turbines, generators, boilers, plant equipment and processes over a billion dollars of invoices annually. This Center of Excellence (CoE) team will demonstrate accountability for financial, functional, business, and broad company objectives within Gas Power Services.

Essential Responsibilities:The CoE Customer Fulfillment Manager (CoE CFM) is responsible for ensuring efficient, proactive and on time project creation, demand placement, customer billing, data management, status report generation to support region CSLs/CFMs.



Owns Wing to Wing process, from task creation to billing for all operations of Transactional (TX) Service/Repair activities in Europe Region, in coordination with Region Customer Service Leaders & Customer Fulfillment Managers (Region CSL & CFM)

Manages service / repair / part order placements for Transactional activities and follows up all operational activities from order receipt from customer to delivery & billing.

Supports Contractual Services Inventory management steps

Understand Contractual and Transactional terms and conditions of the assigned customers and contracts

Collect time sheets or relevant billing data from Region CSL/CFM to calculate invoices for TX billing.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of TX billing via partnering with CFM/CSLs.

Initiate TX external billing process in GEs various ERP systems, also in local systems where necessary and make sure all external invoices reach to Customer Contact (e.g. Region CSL/CFM) in the Region.

Follow up all activities with various teams until TX external invoice reaches to Customer Contact (e.g. Region CSL/CFM) in the Region.

Covering countries assigned and being a reliable back-up with buddy system assigned.

Generate regular reports around COE tasks

Periodic interaction with Customer parts/accounts payable organizations.

Support regional CSLs/CFMs on customer information where needed

Engagement with ERP enhancements, integrations and deployment. If necessary, participate in UAT/SIT and ensure adoption & adherence to systems & processes.

Support region team on other possible operational activities

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.

+5 years Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, sourcing, project management or demand planning etc roles.

Proficient in various ERP (Alpha or Charlie or PMX) systems with ability to learn and adapt to new systems

Ability to work with multiple & competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and drives complete resolution

Ability to work under time and performance pressure

Fluent in the English & GERMAN language

Desired Characteristics: Knowledge and Experience with the power generation services, industrial, manufacturing industry is an advantage

Experience handling contractual and transactional service agreements

Good financial knowledge and commercial / contractual experience

Demonstrated communication & organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills

Managerial Experience

Fourth language (Russian will be plus)
