In this role, you will review clients accounts in Western Union database, adjust our agents status according to credit policies and enter payment confirmations. Also, you will identify vulnerable customers and escalate their cases to the credit supervisor.

Role Responsibilities

  • Well be looking for you to contact our agents and determine the reason for the delayed payments and obtain payment commitment.
  • Business partners will be reaching out to you seeking assistance via calls and E-mail communication. Inbound calls average at 30% of daily task volume.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services youll answer inquiries and resolve the issues.

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in English & German languages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience within the customer service field, working with credits or experience gained in the financial institution would be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge about credit & debit.
  • Schedule flexibility (might be needed to work on Saturdays).
  • Self-motivation and a can-do attitude.
  • Team player qualities and ability to collaborate with various people.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Salary

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 37,600.00 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
