POSITION SUMMARY
- This position is responsible for the daily tasks performed to receive, monitor, and deliver pharmacy, instrumentation, lab specimens, and packages throughout Trinity Health Medical Office Building. This position is responsible for choosing suitable routes in order to ensure punctual arrival of items. Must always portray a competent and personable “Customer Service First” demeanor to both external and internal customers throughout the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - None
- Educational Requirements
  - High School diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Experience Requirements
  - One year experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  - One year customer service experience preferred
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
  - Ability to perform duties requiring independent judgment
  - Be adaptive to changing work situations
  - Ability to multi task
  - Knowledge of medical supplies
