Role Summary:The Contract Performance Manager (CPM) is responsible for the execution of contractual and transactional service contracts covering Gas Turbines, Generators, and All Auxiliaries under the relative Long Term Service Agreement in place (LTSA). You will manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, lead planning and execution of both, planned and unplanned events to support our customers and contribute to the overall GE Gas Power business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:1. Quality

+ Thrive to achieve the complete and correct performance of Contractors responsibilities under the Agreement.

Contribute to support the planning of the overall business strategy of the Owner.

+ Thrive to have Contractors obligations under this Agreement fulfilled by qualified personal either by Contractors own personnel or Contractors subcontractors personnel.

+ Coordinate with appropriate Contractors responsible functions in order for the Contractor to ensure that own and subcontractors employees have received relevant documentation/tools/training required for the execution of the assigned tasks, including but not limited to dismantling/installation drawings & procedures, equipment calibration/tuning/setup recommendations as well as any information to be provided by engineering.

+ Coordinate with appropriate Contractors responsible functions in order for the Contractor to ensure Contractors quality procedures are fully deployed and applied, compliance checks are performed, tracked and non-conformities are corrected.

2. EHS & Legal

+ Coordinate with appropriate Contractors responsible functions in order for the Contractor to ensure own and subcontractors employees knowledge of basic Contractors health and safety rules, effective use of personal protection equipment and adequate tools.

+ Coordinate with appropriate Contractors responsible functions in order for the Contractor to ensure subcontractor and subcontractors employees compliance with applicable Greek employment, labour and immigration laws.

3. Customer focus

+ Organise and lead periodic alignment meetings with Owner, at least monthly, prepare and share meeting reports, systematically allocate and track actions.

+ Ensure on-time and correct follow-up with Owner on applicable TILs, record and keep updated their implementation status, review and develop together with Owner plans and proposals for new recommendations implementation.

+ Prepare, with Owners operation and maintenance staff, the maintenance schedules which optimize plant reliability and availability.

4. Services

+ Manage Covered Unit issues, synchronizing Owner and Agreement events/demands with appropriate Contractors responsible functions. Launch, if and when both Parties consider required, root cause analysis, power answer centre cases, provide written summary and conclusions, provide responses to technical inquiries from Owner.

+ Procure, for the Covered Maintenance, Parts and Services (including Repair Services), interface with all appropriate Contractors responsible functions.

+ Be responsible for outages and emergent works, including: pre-outage meetings, scope definition, detailed scheduling, pricing (if any), outage organisation, outage execution and control, submit, internally within Contractor and to Owner, technical reports and set post-outage closure meeting.

+ Together with Owner record and track subcontractors outage technical reports recommendations and ensure later implementation, as recommended.

+ Track the repair of Parts in Contractors and subcontractors facilities, inform Owner of the repair progress and scheduled return to site of such repaired Parts.

5. Commercial

+ Prepare offerings for upgrades & emergent work, if any.

+ Provide information to Owner regarding the latest advancements in conversions, modifications, and upgrades (CM&U) opportunities, develop and propose plans for implementation of such CM&Us in accordance with the Agreement.


+ Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college specialized in an engineering

or business field or equivalent knowledge or work experience

+ Strong experience in managing service contracts and a customer facing role.

+ Knowledge of Multi-Year Service Agreements as well as Transactional Service Agreements structure, financial model and associated T&Cs.

+ Fluent in English and local language

+ EU Work Permit

Desired Characteristics:

+ GE, Generators, Steam Turbines and HRSGs deep knowledge & experience within the

power industry.

+ Experience in outage planning and project management.

+ Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills.

+ A good team leader in a dynamic, energetic and complex environment, equipped with quick

learning capability and accountability.

+ Be self-motivated and able to deliver under high pressure and time constraints, committed and

process oriented.

+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team
