**Job Description Summary**

As the CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) Relationship Manager, you are responsible for leading different site teams across the country, driving a consistent message about GE Healthcares vision and plans to execute at the local sites and driving the definition and achievement of agreed upon site objectives, performance metrics and risk mitigations. You will establish operating mechanisms that ensure the company and local sites are aligned for success, with market coverage, Customer satisfaction, consistent throughput, quality, and safety being top priorities.

Oncology is a priority care area for us where we see significant growth potential for the use of Molecular Imaging to enable precision oncology. We have a foundation of established proprietary products and now plan to build on this significantly with the development and launch of a growing innovative pipeline of products that will enable better diagnostic decisions and clinical outcomes in oncology. We are also partnering with Pharma Companies and the research community to create companion diagnostic solutions that support patient selection and monitoring through the development of immuno-oncology therapies. These new roles will be critical to ensuring the successful implementation of our strategy, expanded portfolio and the added value offerings of GE Healthcare.

Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.

**Job Description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Representing GE Healthcare at quarterly business reviews to drive consistent performance (cost, quality, output) and highest customer satisfaction

+ Supporting Quality Management System reviews, CMO audit readiness, and supporting Quality System audits regularly ensuring compliance, training, CAPA, complaints and production process controls are met

+ Accountable to ensure key milestones are achieved, including site activation plans are met, co-promotion deliverables are met, on-time payment schedules, demand forecast accuracy, coordination of sales and promotional training courses

+ Ensure CMO manufacturing facilities are properly prepared for external compliance inspections with no systemic or warning letter findings against GE Healthcare outsourced activities

+ Actively supporting compliance with existing purchase agreements

+ Actively supporting successful negotiation and closing of purchase agreement renewals/amendments

+ Serve as the CMO single point of contact and liaise with internal the cross functional teams on delivering partnership goals from both manufacturing and commercial standpoints

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college

+ 5+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, quality control, sourcing, sales or servicing in a pharmaceutical environment

+ Program management expertise

+ Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies & in-depth understanding of site level products & related processes
