The Contact Center Member Specialist assists members and potential members with transactional requests, resolving problems, and cross-offering products and services to enhance our electronic service and lending portfolio. The Contact Center Member Specialist is expected to provide excellent member and customer service, in accordance with expectations set forth by management, and strive to meet or exceed assigned goals.
- The Contact Center Member Specialist process normal day-to-day member transactions over the phone. Answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems within their ability to do so in a timely manner. Process all communication delivery channels in relation to the membership and the Contact Center.
- The Contact Center Member Specialist identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells Credit Union products, services, promotions, and Credit Union initiatives that support Credit Union growth and sustainability.
- The Contact Center Member Specialist answers member inquiries and refers members to the proper service area for issues or needs that cannot be resolved or met over the phone.
- The Contact Center Member Specialist is expected to safeguard Member information with the highest level of confidentiality of all information obtained.
