Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time. Focus and manipulate large spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.


Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Night and weekend availability and responsiveness required.

Job Summary

This position is in support of the Salesforce academic orgs and health org on campus and will assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the CRM academic org, CRM health org, and Marketing Cloud platform. This position will gain a working knowledge of the University of Kentucky’s Salesforce platforms and assist with administration and development of both system functionality and processes. The position will also collaborate with campus partners to improve campus-wide system adoption and provide on-going support and education for users.

Preferred Education/Experience

Marketing and communications experience in a higher education setting. Digital communications and advanced data processing/manipulation techniques preferred.
