Job Summary | We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly community outreach worker with excellent organizational skills to serve as a central and primary contact for research subjects, patients, and community members at the Center on Aging Clinic. The candidate chosen for this position will work with a wide variety of programs and staff members. Essential job duties require 1) friendly, helpful demeanor, 2) organizational skills, 3) ability to work independently but also as part of an integrated interdisciplinary team. A valid Kentucky drivers license is required. Specific job duties will include: answering the phone; scheduling and managing appointments for participants; maintaining and managing an extensive system of charts and electronic records; and data entry support. |
