UK Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is seeking a creative, forward-thinking and organized candidate for the Communications Officer position.

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Communications and Membership, the Communications Officer creates and executes relevant, meaningful content for the association’s multiple communications platforms.

The position manages the association’s social media channels; writes copy for articles, press releases and other short-form and long-form written needs; and captures high quality photos and videos to enhance the overall brand and mission of UK Alumni Engagement and the UK Alumni Association.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations or related field plus four or more years related experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience in written communications, social media planning, photography and/or videography is preferred.
