Job Summary | The Gill Heart & Vascular Institute Affiliate Network is a platform currently comprised of 18 hospitals and medical centers across the state. The goal of the Network is to enhance access to high-quality cardiovascular care across the region by collaborating with each Affiliate member. Through the Gill Affiliate Network, members enjoy access to a range of benefits and services, including cardiovascular-specific education and training, achievement and maintenance of subspecialty accreditations, access to Gill faculty and staff, networking and partnering initiatives, co-marketing and co-branding opportunities, and support for cardiac program growth and development. This position will provide quality guidance and support to Gill Heart & Vascular Institute Affiliate Network members; conduct ongoing reviews of heart & vascular programs to monitor compliance with standard cardiovascular guidelines; collaborate with Affiliates’ quality teams and committees; assist with the development and implementation of Affiliate’s cardiac policies, procedures and/or best practices; and serve as a quality assurance representative on the Gill Heart & Vascular Institute Affiliate Network leadership team. This position will also be responsible for coordinating, planning, and attending Affiliate Network events, maintaining positive relationships with Network members, participating in Affiliate Network marketing activities, and providing customer service to Network members. |
