In this unique role, you will work alongside a dedicated team and govern processes in the following:
Role Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer emails related to both pre- and post-payment queries.
- Communicate with the team and liaise with internal departments regarding payment queries.
- Work towards company Service Level Agreements whilst proactively managing and controlling personal work levels.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements to detect any discrepancies.
- Have an eye for detail in order to deliver a high-level customer service experience to our clients.
Role Requirements
- Education or equivalent skills are required with a strong desire to grow into a professional role.
- Experience in a client facing / client service function, preferably in the Financial sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with a desire to learn and further develop within the organization.
- Ability to effectively co-operate with all stakeholders and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong time management skills and solid computer skills with ability to use MS outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the Italian and English languages.
- Registration in the targeted placement lists L. 68/99 art. 1.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
