• Attend lecture for assigned supported course at least once per week
• Prepare weekly lesson plans for small group sessions
• Facilitate 3, 50-minute small group sessions each week
• Attend all required training & staff meetings
  • In-person training at the beginning of term (8-12 hours)
  • Bi-weekly staff meetings (1 hour)

• Participate in observations and semester Performance Evaluation process
• Abide by program manual including established policies and procedures
