Role Summary:The role of the commercial leader is to manage a portion of the increasing sales and tendering activities in offshore services, together with the negotiation of long term service agreements following successful bids. The commercial lead will drive execution of optimized strategies to secure profitable service business within the highly competitive offshore wind service market, including any requests for additional work by existing customers.

Essential Responsibilities:Dans le cadre du lancement d'un nouveau produit leader de l'industrie, l'olienne offshore Haliade X, son rle est de grer une partie de l'augmentation des ventes et des activits d'appels d'offres dans les services offshore, ainsi que la ngociation de contrats de services long terme suite aux offres retenues. Ce leadership commercial permettra de mettre en uvre des stratgies optimises afin d'assurer la rentabilit des activits de service sur le march trs concurrentiel des services oliens offshore, y compris les demandes de travaux supplmentaires de la part des clients existants.







The person is expected to:







+ Coordinate with counterparts in turbine sales and with the service tendering team, and interface directly with customers, on all potential transactions, studies, estimates and formal bids during the ITO (Inquiry to Order) phase.



+ Be the key point of contact for service in delivering appropriate service strategies for specific projects and manage transaction details related to all technical, financing, legal and commercial aspects to support strategy development, execution and risk management processes.



+ Ensure that customer requirements are well understood, and manage the analysis and development of service offers in a timely fashion, incorporating solid cost modelling, pricing, appropriate terms and conditions and technical and commercial appendices to ensure a complete and quality offering to the customer.



+ Ensure that all customer technical and commercial clarifications or queries are resolved in a timely fashion.



+ Interface with appropriate internal stakeholders in relation to the above responsibilities, and in particular be responsible for gaining approvals from the various risk processes for relevant projects.



+ Represent GE offshore service at client meetings.



+ Play a lead role in the negotiation of long term service agreements.



+ Become proficient with the use of financial and technical tools associated with these responsibilities.



+ Be familiar with industry trends and standards.



+ Support achievement of the key objectives for the commercial team in relation to commitments, orders and margin for Service within the offshore business.



+ Manage the coordination and handover of projects from the ITO phase to the project execution team at the appropriate point.

+ Coordonner avec les homologues des ventes d'oliennes et avec l'quipe d'appel d'offres du service, et communiquer directement avec les clients sur toutes les transactions, tudes, estimations et soumissions officielles possibles pendant la phase d'OTI (demande de renseignements sur commande).



+ tre le principal point de contact pour la prestation de stratgies de service appropries pour des projets spcifiques et grer les dtails des transactions lies tous les aspects techniques, financiers, juridiques et commerciaux afin de soutenir le dveloppement, l'excution et les processus de gestion des risques de la stratgie.



+ S'assurer que les besoins des clients sont bien compris et grer l'analyse et l'laboration des offres de service en temps opportun, en intgrant une solide modlisation des cots, des prix, des modalits appropries et des annexes techniques et commerciales pour assurer au client une offre complte et de qualit.



Qualifications/Requirements:

+ S'assurer que toutes les clarifications ou questions techniques et commerciales du client sont rsolues en temps opportun.



+ Assurer l'interface avec les parties prenantes internes appropries en ce qui concerne les responsabilits susmentionnes et, en particulier, tre charg d'obtenir l'approbation des divers processus de gestion des risques pour les projets pertinents.



+ Reprsenter le service offshore de GE lors des runions clients.



+ Jouer un rle de premier plan dans la ngociation d'ententes de services long terme.

















+ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Marine or Industrial Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university or similar or equivalent experience.



+ Strong experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service in onshore or offshore wind.



+ Some experience with reviewing customer specifications, proposal development, contract development and direct negotiation for service sales.



+ Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30%.



+ Proven ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment, remote teams, strong team player.



+ Fluency in English language.

+ Diplme en gnie mcanique, lectrique, arospatial, maritime ou industriel ou en gnie commercial ou d'une universit accrdit ou quivalent ou exprience quivalente.



+ Exprience forte en marketing, ventes, service la clientle dans le domaine de l'olien terrestre ou offshore.



+ Quelques expriences dans l'examen des spcifications des clients, l'laboration de propositions, l'laboration de contrats et la ngociation directe pour la vente de services.



+ Capacit et volont de voyager d'environ 30 %.



+ Aptitude avre travailler dans un environnement interfonctionnel et global, quipes distantes, fort esprit d'quipe.



+ Matrise de l'anglais.
