Role Summary:GE Off-shore Wind (GE-OFSW) is a global technology leader in this fast growing segment of the renewables industry. GE-OFSW is on a mission to make this limitless, clean & reliable source of renewable energy mainstream by providing it at affordable cost.

You will with work with GE-OFSW Leadership team to develop, set the pace and implement a LEAN business transformation and continuous improvement strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:Leadership

Fournir leadership et donner la direction des ressources LEAN mettre en uvre pour soutenir la stratgie et amliorer la satisfaction client, la capacit des processus et la qualit

Promouvoir un haut niveau de standards et des comportements de role model LEAN



Stratgie

Travailler sur la mise en uvre de bonnes pratiques LEAN en terme de vision, stratgie, politiques, processus et procdures des meilleures pratiques afin d'amliorer les performances du business et performances oprationnelles

Mettre en uvre de nouvelles initiatives business et projets pour produire des rsultats.



Excution:

Entreprendre une analyse des processus du business, une analyse statistique pour les projets d'amlioration et pour soutenir le changement

Diriger, dfinir et dvelopper des activits d'amlioration continue pour amliorer la performance

Dvelopper, mettre en uvre, communiquer et grer les KPI pour la mise en uvre LEAN

Mesurer l'avancement des projets, comprendre les risques, les dpendances, les budgets, les ressources, les problmes, les jalons critiques et le pipeline venir, et les actions ncessaires pour assurer le succs

Participer aux contrles Lean et go / no go, la cartographie des processus, la cartographie de la chane de valeur, l'identification des inefficacits de productivit avec un accent particulier sur les mises en page et le squenage. Recommander la direction des changements qui peuvent viter la perte dans les oprations d'exploitation



Gestion du changement

Etre agent du changement en stimulant, en communiquant et en institutionnalisant les initiatives cls

Enseigner, former, coacher et encadrer les Leaders dans la mise en uvre des principes LEAN (en utilisant principalement des vnements de niveau 1 tels que les acadmies Lean, les Bootcamps, les vnements Shingi).

Faciliter l'AWO stratgique et interfonctionnel de l'entreprise pour l'ensemble de la chane de valeur (dveloppement de produit, projet, ingnierie de fabrication, fabrication.)

Soutenir la construction et la mise jour du systme mondial GE Renewable LEAN



Leadership

Provide leadership and direction to the LEAN resources in supporting the execution of the LEAN strategy for breakthrough levels of improvement in customer satisfaction, process capability, and quality

Consistently promote high standards through personal example and role model LEAN behavior



Strategy

Work with Leaders for creation and implementation of best practice LEAN vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational & business performance.

Implement new business initiatives and projects to deliver results.



Execution:

Undertake business process analysis, statistical analysis for improvement projects and to support wider change.

Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance.

Develop, implement, communicate and manage KPIs for LEAN implementation

Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success

Participate in Lean health checks and go/no goes, process mapping, value stream mapping, identifying inefficiencies in productivity with a particular focus on layouts and sequencing. Recommend to management changes that can cut waste from operations



Change Management

Serve as change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing key initiatives as part of GE Renewable working rules.

Teach, train, coach, and mentor Leaders in the implementation of LEAN principles (using mainly Tier 1 events such as Lean Academies, Bootcamps, Shingi events).

Facilitate the strategic and cross functional AWO of the GE-OFSW Business for the full value stream (Product Dev, Project, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing.)

Support the building and update of Global GE Renewable LEAN System.

Qualifications/Requirements:Diplom d'un college ou d'une universit accrdit avec prfrence en ingnierie / technique.

Minimum de 10 ans d'exprience dans l'industrie.

Une exprience senior dans un poste oprationnel (Product Dev, Transactional, Manufacturing)

Minimum de 5 ans en tant que leader ddi LEAN / Opex, y compris Hoshin Kanri

Une formation en fabrication automobile ou industrielle serait trs apprcie.

Exigences linguistiques: Anglais courant avec une connaissance orale du franais / chinois de prfrence.



Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with Engineering/ Technical preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry.

A senior experience in an operating position (Product Dev, Transactional, Manufacturing)

Minimum of 5 years as dedicated LEAN/Opex Leaders, including Hoshin Kanri

An automotive or industrial manufacturing background would be highly appreciated.

Language requirements: Fluent English with spoken knowledge of French/ Chinese preferred

Successful track record of achievement in companies with a significant level of deployment in LEAN

Leadership experience in LEAN manufacturing, product development and transactional translated into our LEAN Skills Matrix by a proven global score >= 3 and some must to be defined.

Experience in working with self-directed teams

Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Demonstrated commitment for process improvement

Customer focused in defining quality and establishing priorities

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to deliver effective presentations and educate at all levels of the organization

Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
