Your primary responsibility is to support the Business Ethics & Sustainability Team (B.E.S.T.) in delivering an excellent, but fair, service to our community of Independent Consultants. You will play a critical role in the business continuity and growth of our Independent Consultants. You will be a champion of the Arbonne Policies & Procedures, SuccessPlan and Field experience in all our markets. A high degree of initiative, organization and business communication skills is required. The level of work is complex, critical and confidential in nature.

In this role, you'll be asked to identify, communicate and implement compliance program throughout the organization. You must be able to set the example for compliance standards to other members of the organization, and be comfortable in upholding and advocating good character, integrity, and business ethics.


  • Process and respond to compliance-related issues with a solution-focused and friendly attitude to ensure a positive sales field experience.
  • Conduct relevant interviews and investigations (written and oral) to resolve matters relating to and arising out of the Arbonne Policies and Procedures and SuccessPlan.
  • Responsible for independent research and analysis in order to make appropriate recommendations for the successful resolution of compliance cases.
  • Prepare written documentation and provide recommendations based on data analysis and/or relevant investigations.
  • Respond to inquiries from the BBB, regulators, and consumers watchdog organizations to ensure that Arbonne continues to maintain its good and compliant standing in this highly regulated environment.
  • Review, investigate and track Consultants' activities through the review of business data and reports related to Consultants, including sales, ordering, sponsoring, returns, new registrations, large orders, hold orders and other applicable data.
  • Review and investigate sales incentives and awards to ensure Consultants' activities used to qualify for incentives are abiding by the Arbonne Policies and Procedures and the Terms and Conditions of the incentives.
  • Monitor Consultants' accounts for suspicious orders or suspicious sponsoring activity.
  • Conduct sales audits related to suspected unauthorized online or retail sales.
  • Identify and communicate trends in Consultants' complaints and inquiries; and provide suggestions or solutions to such trends.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of persons or companies infringing on the Arbonne trademark or copyright.
  • Monitor social media platforms to ensure Consultants are abiding by the Arbonne Policies and Procedures, DSA Code of Ethics, and the law.
  • Assist in the review of company produced materials, and the trainings and tools created by the Consultants.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining compliance related training programs to help educate Consultants regarding the Arbonne Policies & Procedures and Code of Ethics.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in compliance, human resources, customer service, regulatory or conflict resolution.
  • At least four-year experience in an environment that requires the implementation and enforcement of policies or regulations.
  • Self-directed, methodical, time managed and highly organized.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Demonstrable successful conflict resolution, negotiation, de-escalation and interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
  • Must be comfortable with a diverse work environment.
  • Must be computer and internet savvy; and must be comfortable in a digital workplace. If you have a problem to solve, you often think of how to do it using technology.
  • Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An in-depth knowledge of Arbonne, its Policies and Procedures, and SuccessPlan.
  • Experience in the multi-level marketing space.
