Cardiac Key Account Manager

Essential Responsibilities: Target, get access, builds relations, develop a business strategy and maximize business opportunities within allocated accounts/territory, achieved related objectives.

Proactively build network with Cardiac experts and Key Opinion leaders in assigned territories/accounts.

Identify potential Channel Partners, recruit, qualify and facilitate thru appointment process including gaining necessary approvals/P&L support.

Apply methodology to evaluate Channel Partner effectiveness, optimize channel partner portfolio; leverage synergies across GEHC

Share leads, manage opportunities and pipeline.

In Cooperation with Modalities and Marketing team,etc. to drive the marketing events and total solution in assigned territory. Analyze market trends, competition and accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for the products & services.

Provides on-going feedback to management, modalities, services and marketing.

Leverage Product Sales Specialists, marketing, total solution, service and other company resources to provide necessary technical equipment, service or clinical content to customers. Coordinate One GE Healthcare team on strategic accounts in order to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Build long term strategic alliance with portfolio of accounts to continue to add value.

Follow GE policies, procedures and Operating Mechanism. Proactively participates in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management. Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above

2. At least 3 - 5 years experience in Healthcare related sales or marketing with solid account management methodology exposure

3. Clear thinker

4. Successful experience in multi-stakeholder environment

5. High ethics and integrity

6. Fluent English and local language speaking

7. Strong contracts, legal, commercial & negotiation skills

8. Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs

9. Able to travel frequently

10. High level of persistency
