Call Center Representative (Hybrid Remote):

We are currently accepting applications for Full-Time Call Center Representatives located at our corporate office.

As a Call Center Representative, your major responsibilities will include:

Assisting members and potential members with their financial needs via telephone.

Perform transactions with accuracy.

Explain products and services, and refer members to appropriate personnel.

Ensure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.

Maintain and update member account information on computer system.

Our ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a credit union or bank a plus.
