You will provide top-notch client service to internal and external clients. You will be a key business partner and will be responsible for various security based projects, advocacy requests and assurance activities. 

 

You will also help maintain ADP’s security program as a market differentiator! Use your skills to assist in engaging presentations and developing content to support internal stakeholders in positioning ADP Retirement Services as the most trusted 401k provider in the industry.

What you’ll do:

What you can expect on a typical day

  • You will work collaboratively with internal SMEs (engineers, product managers, legal, sales…) to obtain an in-depth understanding of security/data privacy topics and to help support the achievement of business goals and objectives.  
  • You will produce high-quality documentationpaying attention to detail, that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience  
  • You will be responsible for assisting the business response to security/data privacy inquiries in a professional, timely and respectful manner while providing top-notch service to solve problems.  
  • You will be a Security Subject Matter Expert! You’ll engage across the organization to discuss client security requirements and explain our program.  By using a consultative approach, you’ll work directly with client service, sales, and legal teams to address client security concerns and requests. 
  • You will be a problem solver! You are expected to think outside the box, identify creative solutions, be resourceful and drive efficiency across the organization. 
  • You will work with individuals across the business – opportunities will be available for you to increase your breadth of knowledge by getting involved with various ad hoc initiatives throughout the business
  • You will gain valuable experience through participation in the departments’ annual risk assessment and ongoing business resiliency efforts.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Strong relationship-building skills: you can easily communicate with senior stakeholders in a respectful and thoughtful manner, and you don’t shy away from challenges.  
  • Ability to work within a team across multiple disciplines and meet deadlines 

Experience and skill requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University is preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in  business, information technology, risk, auditing or security  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Writing samples may be required.
  • Ability to grasp and translate technical concepts and make them easily understandable to clients and colleagues
  • Advanced knowledge of presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Word and/or Adobe Creative Cloud).  

Preference will be given for these:

  • CISSP, CISA, CIPP, CRISC, CISM, CDPSE or any other security/data privacy certifications are desirable  
  • Human Capital Management or Retirement Plan industry knowledge
