As a Business Partner, Client Engagement for FRS supporting our contact centers you will have the opportunity to utilize your passion for learning and your strong facilitation skills to deliver a successful onboarding and learning experience for our service center teams. You are responsible for all training logistics and program management, and will dynamical lead and facilitate a diverse group of adult learners to ensure they are ready to meet their core role requirements. You will build strong learning and business acumen and participate on TD&C project teams to create and implement training deliverables.

Job Requirements:

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Learning and Development field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous adult training and classroom facilitation experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and planning skills, including a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking competency.
  • Ability to work mid-day and evening shifts as needed based on training needs.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support onboarding and new hire programs.
