Job Summary | The Book Design Coordinator manages the design, art adjustment, and typesetting specifications for around 65 books per year, primarily via assigning work to freelancers and temporary employees. Will be responsible for some design, including cover design for around 15-20 books per year and book template design. Will work closely with other departments at the Press to determine what is needed for each book, selecting project appropriate designers, typesetters, and book templates. The Book Design Coordinator will also be responsible for updating the Press database and tracking schedules for all book design related tasks.
