Role Summary:Responsible for the development and implementation of critical and complex transformation initiatives within GE Healthcare Enterprise Digital Solution business in Europe. Lead activities and projects to support strategic & operational alignment, cooperation and communication. Key contributor to development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as the Lean Six Sigma methodology, tools expert and coach for the teams.

Essential Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional business critical projects (Commercial, Services, Delivery, etc.) to increase the organizations performance across functions

Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to drive process improvement

Drive & facilitate all aspects of change and improvement initiatives

Own communication of initiative progress to leadership (Commercial Leaders, Service Leaders, etc.)

Implement operational excellence roadmap

Champion continuous improvement and coach teams on Lean Six Sigma culture and the use of Lean Six Sigma tools

Lead stakeholders engagement to continuous improvement

Partner with leadership and operating leaders to identify and execute process improvement projects

Serve as a recognized expert for change acceleration, process improvement & simplification.

Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices in the area of business process, KPIs and analytics

Qualifications/Requirements:1. Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college

2. Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change results orientation

3. Several years of experience in project management

4. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated facilitation experience

5. Strong working knowledge of English language (written and oral)

6. At least 4 additional years of experience in a business environment

7. Previous experience in driving process improvement initiatives

4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools

6. Customer and outcome focused in defining quality and establishing priorities

7. Strong oral and written communication skills

8. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

9. Executive level presentation skills

10. PMP certified
